Nineth Schedule

Our constitution has now gone in the hands of greedy, corrupt and selfish politicians.Political leaders can go to any extent to enhance their vote bank.They can introduce not only the issue of reservation in the Ninth schedule but they can park any law in Ninth Schedule if it finds that judiciary can question its enactment.Reservation quota was restricted to less than 50 percent but central goverment under the leadership of Arjun Singh HRD minister is bent upon encroaching upon the constitutional provision through Ninth Schedule.Right of property , right of equality or any other right even right of sppeech was taken away by Late Indira Gandhi when her election was nullified by the court , internal emergency was proclaimed, all important opposition leaders were put under custody in the day one of emergency and lastly all her dictatorial actions were justified through 42nd amendment in the constitution .For ruling party there is no paucity of option to ensure execution of their whims and caprices.They can bring the law under Ninth schedule or even amend the constitution or promulgate an ordinance or even without the permission of existing laws they can build pressure of academic institutions and private companies to ensure reservation for OBC or creamy layer.They know how to use blackmail politics to force a businessman to bow down and crawl before the ministers and force him to do whatever a minister desires either for his kith and kin or for his vote bank. It is bitter truth that at ground level All MP's and MLA's put pressure on all businessmen and departments through their party workers (who act as local Goonda)to ensure that all types of favour is awarded to his own relatives and also his party workers loyal personally to the concerned minister. Head of the department seldom protests and always think it wise to do as per the whims of the minister so that his peace and tranquality is not disturbed. And if he dares to go against the will of ministers or MP or local MLA or his relatives or even his professional goondas working as party workers there is none to safeguard him from the humiliating torture he will receive from Local goondas ,chamchas of the ministers.That is why I say rules are violated every where and every time and hence it is said that rules are meant for violation . Rules are made to penalise and torture a gentleman ,never a bad element.It is therefore only the Media and the judiciary which can protect the people by exposing the misdeeds of the political leaders without any bias. None can save the country if media and judiciary also become the victim of the corrupt system prevailing in the country.
